Following his initial training and certification, he has become a certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant with American Fitness Professionals & Associates. Prior to discovering his passion as a massage therapist, Nae's professional pursuits have focused on music. From his early performing experiences at the Peabody Conservatory of Music to his doctoral work at Wesley Theological Seminary, Nae has harnessed the power of music to assist people in their personal growth. His broad range of experience of working with all abilities and across all ages, gives him the unique ability to make massage and wellness clients instantly at ease.
Nae serves as the resident massage therapist at Riverwood Village Retirement Community in Silver Spring, Maryland. Combining his vision for healing and wellness with his commitment to the Senior Adult community, Nae also serves as an in-home therapist for Encompass Meds, LLC, based in Bethesda, Maryland. In the past year, Nae accepted the invitation to join the faculty at Potomac Massage Training Institute as instructor for topics in wellness and health, to include courses in nutrition and exercise physiology.
Whether leading a contemplative retreat or leading a choral trip across Scotland, Nae's tender spirit, sense of humor, and love of people and nature shines through. Combining his love of music with his passion for massage and bodywork, Nae blends his experience and expertise to optimize wellness outcomes for his clients. Nae currently lives in Adelphi, Maryland.
